Northwest Motorcycle Adventures – Motorcycle Rentals
Motorcycle Rentals – Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to buy insurance?
A: Yes. By state law you are required to have liability insurance for the motorcycle you are renting. This is a simple process that you can complete online before you arrive. Cost is $15 per day. This insurance only pays for damage you cause to others.
Q: What is the CDW option?
A: CDW stands for Collision Damage Waiver. This is an option that covers you if you damage the rental bike. If you do not have CDW and the motorcycle rental bike is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of repairs and the loss of rental income.
Q: How do I pick up the V-Strom motorcycle rental?
A: We recommend meeting you at the Portland Airport Fairfield Inn Hotel. They have a free shuttle from the airport.
Q: Should I bring my helmet?
A: Most riders prefer to bring their own riding gear. If this is not possible, we have Nolan Helmets, Olympia Jackets, Pants, and Gloves for rent. Our motto is “only the best”. That’s why we have a complete selection of Nolan Helmets, Olympia riding gear and RKA motorcycle luggage.
